What I like is inventing solutions, designing, drawing, creativity, reading and having fun. I aspire to be able to do something meaningful for society through designing solutions for contemporary problems.

Hey! I’m Angelique (and have been for 23 years). I’m a designer from the Netherlands and I am studying Communication and Multimedia Design at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Before this, I got a degree in Art and Design at Da Vinci College Dordrecht.

Why and how do I do what I do?

I like to design things that have meaning. Things that really make a difference in someone’s life, be it a small or a big change. I want this because I get a lot of satisfaction from improving people’s lives and solving problems.

Whilst designing products for actual users I take their wishes and frustrations into account as much as possible and whether it also corresponds to them in practice. I like to make it as visually attractive as possible, without losing sight of the communication goal.

One of my strengths is organizing, both of content and information.

I want to develop as a UX/UI designer with a focus on visual design and interaction design.
